Dr. Vrushali Panhale graduated in Physiotherapy from the esteemed Seth G. S. Medical College and K.E.M Hospital, and later continued to do her post graduation from Lokmanya Tilak Medical College & Sion Hospital with Musculoskeletal as her specialty. She got her doctorate in 2019.
She joined academics in the year 2001. She has a keen interest in physiotherapy education, curriculum formation and academic performance. Her research interests are evidence-based practice, chronic pain, and medical education. She has presented several scientific papers in conferences and published her work in indexed journals.
She is a PG teacher and have guided several students during their post-graduation.

Kashibai Navale College of Physiotherapy under the honoured guidance of Dr. Ashok Patil Sir and joined MGM College of Physiotherapy after 5 years of experience as an Assistant Professor. With keen interest in all fields of Community Physiotherapy, she is a Certified Child Birth Educator (USA) and masters the skills of conducting various health awareness, evaluation and fitness camps. She has keen interest in working with geriatric population in both community and institutional settings. She believes in not only providing patient care but finds it really important to conduct community activities for the training of undergraduates and postgraduates, mentoring them and contributing to academic, research and clinical field to the fullest

Dr. Shruti Nair (PT), has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from PT Teaching & Training Centre, Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College (MUHS) in the year 2009. She pursued her Masters specialized in Cardiovascular & Respiratory Sciences from PT School and Center, Topiwala National Medical College (MUHS) from 2009-2012. She has an academic experience of over 7 and half years and clinical experience of around 10 years. After having worked in corporate hospital set-ups like Nanavati hospital &Saifee hospital for over a year, she joined as an Assistant Professor at MGM’s College of Physiotherapy, Navi Mumbai in the year 2013. She was promoted to Associate Professor in Cardiovascular & Pulmonary PT department in the year 2020. She is a MUHS recognized Post-graduate teacher in Cardiovascular & Respiratory Physiotherapy since 2019 and presently she is a research guide for six post-graduate students.
As a part of her academic role at the institute level, she is subject in-charge for Kinesiotherapy & Physical Diagnosis and Cardiovascular & Respiratory Physiotherapy. She is also a class co-ordinator of II BPTh batch.
She is Co-ordinator of Internal Quality Assurance Cell and College Co-ordinator for Online Teacher Database activity of MUHS.
Under her clinical portfolio, she is clinical head of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physiotherapy department and in-charge for COVID clinical management alongside managing Medical & Surgical Intensive care units, medical & surgical wards and Pulmonary Rehabilitation OPD.
Her fields of interest are Pulmonary rehabilitation, Critical Care Physiotherapy management, student training and Teaching technology.

Currently she is also pursuing her Ph.D. in Physiotherapy from P.T School & Centre, Seth G.S Medical College under Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.

Dr. Prachita Walankar (PT), has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from PT School and Centre, Seth GSMC & KEMH (MUHS) in the year 2012. She completed her Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from PT School and Centre, Seth GSMC & KEMH (MUHS) in 2015. She joined as an Assistant Professor at MGM’s College of Physiotherapy, Navi Mumbai in the year 2016. She was promoted to Associate Professor in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in the year 2021. She is a MUHS recognized Post-graduate teacher in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy since 2021.

As a part of her academic role, she is subject in-charge for Functional Diagnosis and Physiotherapeutic Skills and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Currently, she is holding the portfolio of PG Coordinator, Member of the Examination committee, Academic committee, Research Committee, IQAC Committee and Workshop/Scientific Events Committee. Under her clinical portfolio, she is clinical head of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Inpatient department. With keen interest in providing patient care, her major role is in teaching and training of undergraduates and postgraduates, mentoring them and contributing to academic, research and clinical field to the fullest.
